We purchased our home through Paul and Angela ten years ago and when it came time to sell we knew that Paul and Angela were the only agents in town for the job. Paul has been exceptional over the years and has constantly kept in touch with me in regards to our properties value and how it sits in the market. Our home for us was always going to be a stepping stone to one day be able to purchase our forever home. Paul has always kept me up to speed with how the property was sitting in the market and when the correct time to move it on would be and he advised what would be the perfect additions/alterations in order for us to gain maximum return on our investment. When it came time to sell, Paul and Angela were outstanding from the beginning and the whole sale process was a breeze. On Open House Day, Paul and Angela had our property sold within six hours with Angela working relentlessly on a huge number of prospective buyers through our property and she managed to have our house sold with an offer exceeding asking price.
