Natalie is a key member of the Fitzpatricks team, serving not only has a Director, but as the Operations Manager. Her role encompasses various responsibilities within the management team, and as a licenced agent, extends to include land sales and subdivision management. In addition, Natalie is responsible for Retirement Village listings and sales, as well as Village Management.

Commencing her real estate journey as a Personal Assistant to Richard Fitzpatrick in 2009, Natalie has a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and best practice standards. With more than 14 years' experience in the industry, Natalie oversees the sales team, ensuring the smooth operational management and compliance within the business. With an emphasis on ensuring compliance and constant review of policies and procedures within all departments, her expertise and dedication enable her and our team to provide clients with exceptional customer service and navigate complex transactions with ease.

Natalie's positive attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed are evident in her work. She approaches every task with a professional demeanour and takes pride in delivering quality results.
