Commercial Tenancy Manager

The role of this position will be to undertake and co-ordinate activities within the commercial property management department to facilitate quality commercial property management services. 

Essentially you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a commercial, residential or assistant tenancy manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional manner and personal presentation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and trust accounting software
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • A current drivers licence

Desirable Criteria

  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in any state, or Statement of Attainment in real estate practice
  • A strong sense of loyalty and personal responsibility approach to your work
  • Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work in a team environment

New Client Consultant

The role of this position will be to ensure that all tasks associated with the activities of the New Client Consultant are carried out in an efficient, diligent and professional manner; providing excellence in service to our existing and future clients.

Essentially you will have:

  • A current Certificate of Registration; Real Estate Licence or Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and trust accounting software
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of people
  • Professional manner and personal presentation

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience as a Real Estate Property Manager; Leasing Consultant or worked in a Property Management Department
  • Sales Experience
