Shaun is a dedicated and highly motivated, licensed Real Estate Agent who began working with Fitzpatricks Real Estate in 2007 after selling prestigious waterfront properties on the Gold Cost for nearly two years. Shaun's experience at home and abroad ensures he is adept at marketing the full range of properties, from residential properties, lifestyle homes, prestige properties, multiple unit dwellings and entry level properties.
Shaun has strong connections in Wagga Wagga, spending most of his life in the city, with his father running a successful real estate office for more than 20 years. Shaun has inherited a passion for the area and its people from his Dad.
Shaun has experience in conveyancing, and also trained as a hotel manager for 7 years. Working closely with the public, Shaun gained an understanding of the psychology of client satisfaction; which is an area he strives himself on. He possesses a passion for real estate and continually endeavors to provide his clients with the best possible outcome for their property.
Since joining the Fitzpatricks Real Estate team, Shaun has earned his Real Estate License, and in June 2009 became a partner/Director in the company.
Shaun has a key interest in sports and enjoys playing Australian football, water polo and water skiing.
