I was impressed by his manner and how he answered our questions; I don’t think I have ever felt comfortable looking through a place before and today it felt like we were welcome to browse as long as we liked - very refreshing. I was also impressed that we were provided with the coloured print outs for the properties and given the invitation to receive the emails that are sent from your office with updates etc.
I would also like to say that the suggested properties we have received from you so far have been great, I love that they have all fitted into the information I gave you. I’m used to having to filter through suggestions provided because other agents seem to add one or two to the list as if they might be able to sell it to us even though it doesn’t have something from the list - once again it’s very refreshing.
