Alana joins Fitzpatricks Real Estate as Client Care Manager and Personal Assistant. Alana is responsible for database management, research and development, as well as liaising with vendors and purchasers.
Alana has many great attributes she brings to the team including her passion for real estate, enthusiasm, motivation to succeed, positive attitude and professional approach.
Alana enjoys a challenge and continually endeavors to provide clients with the best possible outcome for their property. Having purchased and sold new homes in the local area has given Alana an understanding of the psychology of client satisfaction; which is an area she strives herself on.
Before joining Fitzpatricks Real Estate, Alana was the New South Wales Area Manager of a national chain for more than five years. She has also completed Certificate IV in frontline management and is currently studying her Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
Alana takes great pride in her work; continually striving to provide clients with exceptional and quality customer service.
