Since April 2008 when he joined the Fitzpatricks Real Estate team, Gary has prospered in his role.

A special thanks to Gary and his team who went beyond expectations recently. With new tenants moving into my property the next day, the floors needed a quick mop prior to their arrival. Unfortunately, no cleaning company was available at last minute notice to do this as I was not in the area and could not do it myself. So Gary took the challenge of wielding a mop and did the cleaning himself. What a champ! This was very appreciated and I do not think many other agents would have gone the ‘extra mile’ to get the job done. Well done. - Katrina Smiyh
