Michelle joined the Fitzpatricks Real Estate team as Sales Receptionist after completing her HSC, in December 2004. Since then, she has experience in both Sales as a Sales Assistant and Buyer Specialist and Property Management as a Property Manager since July 2008, as well as managing a small Commercial portfolio. She has completed her Certificate II in Retail, Certificate III in Real Estate and Certificate II in Business Services and is currently studying for her Real Estate License.
In October 2009 Michelle was awarded the winner of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) Award for Excellence in the ‘Young Agents – Residential Property Management’ category. The Awards for Excellence are awarded annually to real estate agencies and individuals throughout NSW who over the past 12 months have demonstrated and achieved a commitment to excellence in their chosen field.
Michelle was then selected to represent NSW on a national level at the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) National Awards for Excellence, where she took out top honours winning the Achievement Award Category. The Achievement award recognises excellence amongst new-comers to the industry in either the residential or commercial sectors. This is a fantastic achievement for Michelle; it also puts Wagga Wagga on the map, with the real estate industry’s top performers in Australia.

An excellence displayed in all that Michelle achieves on a daily basis in her role both as Property Manager and as a team leader. Michelle’s hard work, passion for real estate, punctuality, efficiency and organisation has seen her achieve in all aspects of Fitzpatrick’s: Commercial, Sales and Property Management. She always makes herself available for every client and ensures that any problem is handled in the most professional manner.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys being outdoors and is an active member of the Mangoplah Football Club, Mangoplah Tennis Association, The Rock Touch Association and the Wagga Touch Association.
