Andrew is a licensed real estate agent, licensed stock and station agent, and licensed auctioneer.

Andrew began his successful career in real estate 20 years ago. Over these years, Andrew has transformed from a rookie sales consultant into the Residential Sales Manager and as a Director of Fitzpatricks Real Estate.

With his inherent passion for real estate, energy, motivation and accountability, Andrew has an exceptional talent for customer service. Andrew has demonstrated that skill, efficiency and attention to the finer details provide the foundation for dynamic and effective sales strategies. He has successfully expanded and improved the range of properties and services offered by Fitzpatricks Real Estate. With his ability to recognise a changing market and to adapt technique and strategies he has successfully sold over $190 million in property during his career.

Andrew believes that it’s all about providing a service that is so good that people want to come back. To do this you need to provide a down to earth, honest and real service that gets results. With over 90% of Andrew’s listings coming from referrals and repeat business from more than satisfied customers the results can speak for themselves.

Andrew is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) and recently was a finalist in the REINSW awards of excellence. This award recognises the top performers in the real estate industry and their ability to excel in day-to-day business. Born in Wagga and raised in Lockhart, Andrew has a strong connection with the community and is committed to maintaining a business focus on community driven projects, including the Fitzpatricks Initiative, which has in the past supported cancer research programs. He is also involved in numerous local charities, where he regularly donates his auctioneer services at charity events.
