Richard Fitzpatrick

Director

Richard commenced at Fitzpatricks Real Estate in 1980 after completing a Business and Real Estate Valuation degree at University of Western Sydney.

Richard has a special interest in residential real estate, particularly land subdivisions, with an outstanding ability to sell up to 50% of all Wagga’s land in any given year.

Richard enjoys listing clients’ properties for sale or lease and delivering the real estate outcomes, his clients have engaged him to perform. Richard is highly regarded in the industry for his ability to constantly succeed and consistently provide near perfect results.

Richards’ biggest achievement however does not stem from big listings and outstanding sales results. It is the result of being an integral part of a leadership team that has taken Fitzpatricks Real Estate from a staff of six to a team of twenty-eight and making the organisation Wagga’s agency of first choice.

For almost 30 years, Richard has also played an active part in the Wagga community. As well as being a long standing member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW), Richard has acted as board member on many school and aged care charities.

He has a passion for the advancement of school children’s education and aged people’s care, which is demonstrated by his involvement in the Kooringal Childcare Centre, Henschke Primary School, Mt Erin High School, Kildare Catholic College, Mayfield House, Kildare Foundation and St Paul’s Outreach Trust.

A proud citizen of Wagga Wagga, Richard is a fourth generation member of the community and now has four adult children with his wife, Anne-Louise.

Richard states: ‘My clients have always been treated in a professional manner, with integrity as my cornerstone. This will never change.’
