Preview Now Campaigns

No two properties are exactly alike, therefore when listing a unique property a “Preview Now” campaign allows the vendor to assess the perception of the property’s value in the market place before attaching a listing price.
Correct pricing from the start is crucial as it means more buyers, more competition and a quicker sale. A combination of high quality marketing including multiple web site listing, sms signboards, enews, qualified buyer lists, half & full page ads, use of professional night-shots & DVD property tour all combine to create serious impact in the market, highlighting all the fantastic features of the home.
A preview now campaign allows the agent to quote a price range predetermined with the vendor taking into account accurate information & recent comparable sales provided by the Agent. This allows any interested parties to start private negotiations on price, and also enables the buyer to attatch special conditions (i.e pest, building, finance).
After 2-3 weeks of preview, we are able to gain strong feedback on the property and price indications which then gives the vendor choices. If private negotiations have not been successful then the Vendor in consultation with their Agent can discuss and select the best style of sale to suit the current market conditions, whether that be attaching a listing price or Auction.
