Back again for 2010, is Fitzpatricks Real Estate’s popular $9999 cash draw. Simply by listing and selling your home throughout 2010 you will automatically be entered into the draw to win your share of $9999 cash.

To be eligible to enter the draw, applicants are required to ‘list’ and ‘sell’ their property with Fitzpatricks Real Estate or become a landlord with the property management team for a continual three (3) month period prior to the 10th of December. If you have listed your property for sale during 1st January 2009 - 10th December 2009, and sell your property after the 11th December 2009 you will automatically be entered into this years draw.

’List’ refers to an exclusive agency agreement (and a continuing agency agreement) with Fitzpatricks Real Estate, excluding ‘joint exclusive agency agreements’. Listed on or after the 1st of January 2010.

‘Sell’ refers to an exchanged contract, which becomes unconditional on or before the 10th of December 2010.

The prize includes 3 cash draws,

1st prize $6,666

2nd prize $2,222

3rd prize $1,111.

The draw will take place at the office of Fitzpatricks Real Estate, 138 Baylis Street Wagga Wagga, on Wednesday the 15th of December 2010.

Entries close 5.30 pm on the 10th of December.
