New partnership at Fitzpatricks Real Estate
A new era has commenced at Fitzpatricks Real Estate with the inclusion of 3 new partners into the business. From the 1st of July Lyn Kimball, Brendan Madigan and Shaun Lowry have joined the current owners; Richard Fitzpatrick, Andrew McLeod and Adam Drummond.
Richard Fitzpatrick stated: “Fitzpatricks Real Estate has been trading in Wagga Wagga for 59 years now and sees this step as an important development for one of Wagga’s oldest businesses.”
Richard, Andrew and Adam extensively researched the best business models in Australia and have enthusiastically welcomed the new partners as they believe it will be a springboard of growth for the business to allow for the provision of even better real estate services.
Fitzpatricks Real Estate was established by Geoff Fitzpatrick in 1950, in the basement of the then David Jones store. Richard, Peter and Chris became partners of the firm, but now the business has moved on from being a family business, to a more corporate structure, with a total staff number of 28 people.
New partner, Lyn Kimball has been working with Fitzpatricks Real Estate for 26 years and has been an Associate Director for the last 6 years. Lyn believes she has achieved a long held goal and will continue in her role as Director of the Property Management Department and Office Manager, with a new level of enthusiasm.
Brendan Madigan stated: “I have been selling Real Estate in Wagga Wagga for over 6 years and I have strived to be part of this business since the day I arrived. I am looking forward to having an active role in the strategic direction and growth of the business.”
Shaun Lowry: “I felt I was born into the industry, as my parents had a real estate office in Wagga Wagga for many years. I have spent most of my life in Wagga and I really look forward to my more senior role within the business.
As Fitzpatricks Real Estate moves towards its 60th year, this expansion and growth will undoubtedly provide an even better real estate service to the people of Wagga Wagga.
