It’s on again, Relay for Life and Fitzpatricks Real Estate have jumped on board to honour those who have been touched by cancer and also to help raise much needed funds to assist in finding a cure for cancer.

Relay for Life is a fun, outdoor and overnight fundraising event where teams take turns in walking around a local oval to raise funds for cancer research, education and advocacy. The relay is for young and old and you can walk as many or few laps as you like. It’s not a race and you don’t need to run.

This year the relay will take place next Saturday and Sunday March 21 and 22 at Alan Staunton Oval, Spring Street, starting at 9.30 am.

At Fitzpatricks Real Estate we have set a target to raise more than $2,000. To ensure we reach our target we are asking for your help. You can make a tax deductible donation by visiting Relay for life and help create hope and aim to achieve the common goal of together defeating cancer.

We all know of someone who has or is suffering from cancer and you can feel a bit helpless and feel as though there isn’t much you can do. Participating in or donating to the Relay for Life makes you feel like you’re actually helping to find a cure for cancer.

Relay for Life major raffle tickets are available for purchase at our office. 1st Prize is a 32inch LG Plasma TV, 2nd prize is a hamper from Riverina Co-Op. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.
